John Dean is an experienced investment banking and private equity professional, currently serving as Principal and Vice President at TM Capital Corp. since November 2016. Prior to this, John Dean worked as an Associate at Roark Capital Group from March 2009 to October 2016, where the firm specializes in family-owned business transfers and various corporate transactions. John Dean began a career in finance as an Analyst at Duff & Phelps from February 2006 to February 2009, providing advisory services in valuation and transactions. John Dean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business during the period of 2000 to 2005.
