Rob Grien has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Rob started their career in 1984 as a floor trader at NY Futures Exchange. Rob then worked as an associate at Gabelli Asset Management from 1987 to 1989. From 1989 to 2000, Rob held the position of Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Rob then became Managing Director at Credit Suisse from 2000 to 2002. Rob served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Kelso Mezzanine Fund from 2002 to 2004. Rob later became President and Senior Managing Director at Deerfield Capital Management from 2004 to 2009. Currently, Rob works as the Managing Director and Head of Finance and Restructuring at TM Capital, a position they have held since 2009.

Rob Grien earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tulane University, where they attended from 1977 to 1981. Rob then pursued further education at Columbia Business School from 1987 to 1989, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
