Jack Steele

Jack Steele is a Senior Sustainability Engineer at TM Consultants Ltd since April 2024, with prior experience as a Homestar Assessor at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities from November 2021 to April 2024, and as a Technical Coordinator for NZGBC where support was provided for various environmental rating tools. A strong academic background includes a Master’s degree in Architectural Science from Victoria University of Wellington, backed by roles such as an Academic Tutor, Researcher, and Research Assistant, where sustainable engineering systems and energy simulations were key focuses. Additionally, experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer intern at AECOM, conducting research for Studio Pacific Architecture, and assisting energy simulations at BRANZ, alongside earlier supervisory roles in youth and gymnastics programs.
