Emmanuelle van Melkebeke

Emmanuelle Van Melkebeke currently serves as the Head of Procurement at TM ROCO since January 2020 and has been a Purchaser at DEME Group for Dimco (DEME Infra Marine Contractors) since January 2016, engaging in procurement both in Belgium and internationally. Prior experience includes a role as Purchaser at CFE infra from September 2007 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing tenders and overseeing construction sites. Emmanuelle also held project engineering positions involving civil construction projects such as wastewater treatment plants and the Diabolo Project, which encompassed railway tunnels and infrastructure. Emmanuelle obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven and had brief education at Nihon University in 2007, with foundational studies completed at Sint-Pieterscollege in Leuven.
