Sunil Raphael MSc, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the technology and consulting industries. Starting in 1996, Sunil worked as a Research Analyst at Pardue, Heid, Church, where they conducted market research and analysis for the real estate industry. Sunil then joined H.A as a Network Administrator/Auditor, where they defined requirements for automating auditing processes and managed the implementation of a corporate enterprise network.

In 2000, Sunil joined MKT Consulting as a Systems Research Analyst, where they evaluated touch screen technology for retail applications and conducted cost-benefit analyses. Sunil also worked at Marriott International as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they administered and controlled access to various systems and managed the onboarding process for new and transfer users.

Sunil returned to Marriott International in 2002 as an Information Security Analyst, leading business process automation efforts and managing enterprise audit projects. Sunil then moved on to become a Systems Analyst, providing development and technical support for identity management processes and successfully managing application database upgrades.

In 2010, Sunil joined INTEGRITYOne Partners as a Senior Consultant, where they played a key role in the major release of the Service Oriented Architecture initiative and facilitated communication between different agencies. Sunil also served as a Manager of Project/Performance and a Senior Manager of Project & Performance, supporting intelligence initiatives and enhancing intelligence metadata repositories.

Since 2017, Sunil has been working at ECS as the Senior Director of Client Operations, overseeing multiple contracts and managing a team of over 200 employees and subcontractors. Sunil has also served as a Program Manager for a $100 million contract, leading modernization projects related to IT infrastructure and supply chain risk management.

Currently, Sunil is the Director of Growth through Mission Solutions at TMC Technologies, where they continue to leverage their extensive experience in leading teams and driving growth through innovative solutions.

Throughout their career, Sunil has obtained certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP), and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), showcasing their expertise in managing complex projects and implementing agile practices.

Sunil Raphael holds an MSc degree in Information Systems - Computer Information Systems from Strayer University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a BSc degree in Business Administration - Finance at the University of Central Florida from 1996 to 1998. In addition, Sunil also holds a BSc degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from Barry University, which they achieved from 1993 to 1996.

Sunil has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Sunil is a certified SAFe Agilist by Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in February 2022. In January 2017, Sunil earned the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute. Sunil also achieved the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2007. Furthermore, Sunil holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
