Karol Matusiak

Karol Matusiak is a Computer Vision Team Leader and Computer Vision Engineer at Transfer Multisort Elektronik since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Developer, Software Developer II, and Software Developer at Hexagon AB from November 2014 to March 2021, and as a Junior Software Engineer, Tester, and Intern at TomTom from November 2012 to October 2014. Karol also worked as a contractor and software developer at the Institute of Electronics, Lodz University of Technology, focusing on object recognition algorithms for Android applications aimed at assisting the visually impaired. Academically, Karol earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology and holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications from the same institution. Additionally, Karol attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2012.
