Mike Menotti

Mike Menotti is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in human capital analytics and recruitment across various industries, including healthcare and energy. Currently serving in a talent acquisition role at TMEIC, Mike previously held positions such as Director of Human Capital Analytics and Director of Talent Acquisition at Legacy Community Health, where Mike effectively contributed to the organization’s growth as the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Southeast Texas. Mike has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Menotti HC and held multiple managerial roles at Core Laboratories, WorleyParsons, Siemens AG, Exterran, and FMC Technologies, consistently implementing effective recruiting strategies, optimizing processes, and achieving significant reductions in time-to-hire and recruiting costs. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Sam Houston State University.
