Joyce Yap has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Market Leader and holding previous roles such as Human Resources Manager and Assistant Manager Human Resources at TMF Group since November 2019. Prior to TMF Group, Joyce worked as HR Manager at SMX Global Sdn Bhd from July 2018 to October 2019, and held the position of Associate HR Manager at Astellas Pharma in 2017. Joyce's career began at Frost & Sullivan, where positions included Assistant Manager, HR Senior Executive, HR Executive, and Intern from August 2008 to 2017. Early experience includes an internship at Citibank from November 2005 to January 2006. Joyce holds a Master of Business from Charles Sturt University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney (2005-2008).
