Katherine Chua

Katherine Chua currently serves as the Regional Delivery Centre Site Director at TMF Group, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this, Katherine was the General Manager for Global Shared Services APAC at International SOS from February 2020 to April 2025, and held the role of Director of Operational Excellence at MSD from January 2018 to June 2019. Katherine's expertise encompasses business sustainability, stakeholder partnership, customer relationship management, project management, internal controls, employee engagement, talent development, continuous process improvement, and budgetary control. Previous positions include Director of Global Business Services Asia Pacific and Director of General Accounting & Purchase to Pay at Eli Lilly and Company from April 2011 to September 2017, and Manager of Accounting Services at BHP Billiton SSC from December 2009 to April 2011. Katherine Chua holds a Bachelor's degree in ACCA from SEGi University & Colleges.
