Mubashir Mulla

Mubashir Mulla possesses extensive experience in IT services, currently serving as Lead-GSD at TMF Group since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing workplace IT services. Prior to this role, Mubashir worked at CompuCom from August 2016 to May 2017 in Service Experience, and at Mphasis-Unleash the Next from March 2014 to August 2016 as an Incident Coordinator, focusing on monitoring high priority tickets, ITIL framework implementation, handling bridge calls, client communication, and incident management. Mubashir holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where studies were completed between 2011 and 2016.
