Neda Mutabdzija

Neda Mutabdzija is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client intelligence and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Client Intelligence Manager at TMF Group since April 2019, Neda leads the Global Client Feedback programme across over 80 countries, translating complex insights into actionable strategies. Prior to this role, Neda held various positions including Assistant Manager at Moofy B.V., where responsibilities encompassed business strategy, financial management, communication coordination, and marketing execution. Neda's foundational experience includes serving as a Senior Accounting Officer at RI EASTERN EUROPEAN FINANCE BV and an Accounting Officer at Raiffeisen Bank a.d. Serbia, as well as performing business analysis at KPMG US. Educational achievements include a Master's in International Management from Johan Cruyff Institute Amsterdam and a Master's in International and Domestic Trade from the University of Belgrade, complemented by certifications in digital marketing from Google Digital Garage.
