Vanessa Bell

Vanessa Bell serves as the Head of Operational Excellence and Director of Programmes for Complex Clients at TMF Group since 2020. Prior experience includes significant roles at HSBC from 2010 to 2019, culminating in the position of Head of Global Operations for Regulatory Compliance, where leadership spanned 450 personnel across five countries and focused on governance, risk management, and technology deployment. Prior roles at HSBC also involved delivering AML compliance programmes, restructuring the global operating model, and managing a $14M transformation programme. Additional experience comprises positions as Managing Director at KRU Consulting, Principal Consultant at Atos Consulting, and Executive Consultant at KPMG, where Vanessa led transformation initiatives and international assignments for major clients. Vanessa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from Leeds Beckett University and Northumbria University, respectively.
