Richard May has been with TM Forum since June 2003 and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology, Data & Digital Experience. Richard is responsible for various aspects of IT, DevOps, Data Analytics, and Digital Experience. Richard is also involved in leading a data-smart culture to deliver tangible business value. Prior to their role at TM Forum, Richard held positions at Forestedge, Catalyst Consulting, WestLB, and Pinewood Technologies, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in technology and leadership.
