Matthew Strachan is an experienced construction estimator with a strong background in business development and strategic planning. Currently serving as Estimator II at TMG Construction Corporation since December 2021, Matthew has previously held senior roles, including Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager at Broughton Construction Company, where significant achievements included securing $22M in new projects. Matthew's expertise encompasses managing diverse project estimates, evaluating complex plans for multi-family and hotel developments at Plaza Construction, and overseeing a large estimating department at CCA Floors and Interiors. A graduate of The College of Wooster with a Bachelor's degree in History, Matthew brings a comprehensive skill set to project estimation and management.
