Jo Ellen Campbell

Jo Ellen Campbell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at TMH SOLUTIONS LLC since 2018, Jo Ellen oversees program and change management for critical technology implementations at the Franklin County Board of Elections, successfully leading a new voting system rollout in 2019. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Operation Buckeye, where operational improvements supported the organization’s mission to send care packages to deployed troops, and Director Solutions Delivery at Abercrombie & Fitch, where Jo Ellen led impactful IT programs. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at The Wendy's Company, CSC, and DuPont, with a strong background in developing operational methodologies and enhancing client relationships.
