Marta Fraile

Marta Fraile currently serves as IP Counsel at The TMRW Foundation since April 2023. Prior experience includes positions as an IP/IT Lawyer at ECIJA from June 2021 to February 2022 and at act DA Lawyers from September 2020 to June 2021. Marta began a legal career as a Trainee at RODRIGUEZ VILLA Y DE LA SERNA ESTUDIO JURIDICO Y TRIBUTARIO SL in 2018 and at Ortega abogados in 2017. Academic qualifications comprise a Master of Laws in Derecho and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and NNTT Law from ISDE, alongside a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and another Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
