Serhat Bekdemir

Serhat Bekdemir is an accomplished professional in the esports industry, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO at The TMRW Foundation since February 2023. As the founder of GNB Digital Sports Consultancy and Management Inc. since June 2017, Serhat focuses on esports marketing and consultancy, facilitating the launch of esports federations for high-profile clients. Previously, Serhat held roles such as Commissioner for the International Esports Federation’s Education and Youth Leadership Commission, Country Manager for GGTech Entertainment in Turkey, and Mentor at BAU eSports Club. Additional experience includes strategic consulting for Bahcesehir University, a managerial position at Crytek Istanbul, presidency of the Electronic Sports Association in Turkey, and officiating at major esports tournaments. Educationally, Serhat attended Anadolu University and Akademi Istanbul for studies in International Relations, Economics, and Broadcast Journalism.
