Leslie B. James is a dedicated servant leader and community impact strategist with over two decades of experience in ministry, corporate strategy, and nonprofit leadership. They have equipped churches and leaders to achieve their mission with clarity, courage, and conviction, founding initiatives such as Dream Chaser Kids and developing platforms like Multiply™ and Community Playbook™. Currently, Leslie serves as the Director of the Immerse Project at TMS Global, where they support pastors in connecting their congregations to their communities. Their academic background includes a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University.
