Jessica Rhodes started their work experience in 1999 as a Behavior Analyst at Applied Behavior Consultants, where they worked as a behavioral technician in classroom and in-home settings. Jessica then moved on to work at Verizon Wireless in 2003, where they held various roles including Technical Support Supervisor, Supervisor of Customer Experience, Sr. Manager of Sales Operations, and Sr. Manager of Customer Loyalty Team. In 2019, they joined Amazon as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for site safety, HR, food safety, and strategic planning. Currently, they are the VP of Relationship Management at Mindful Health Solutions.
Jessica Rhodes has a strong educational background in business and management. Jessica obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business in the academic years 2018-2019.
Prior to their MBA, Jessica earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Strayer University between 2014 and 2017.
In addition to their academic achievements, Jessica has also pursued professional certifications to enhance their skills and qualifications. Jessica obtained the Six Sigma: Green Belt certification from LinkedIn in August 2021. In January 2008, they earned the A+ certification from CompTIA. Jessica also received the Customer Experience Certified Professional certification from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in November 2017.
