Jordan Fletcher

Jordan Fletcher has a strong background in IT support and infrastructure management. They started their career as an IT Support Technician at A Computer Guy, LLC from June 2010 to December 2013, where they focused on providing fast and efficient support to customers.

In 2014, they joined Liberty Technology as a OneSource Engineer, where they assisted the team in providing technical support to clients and customers, with a focus on voice and collaboration solutions. They stayed with Liberty Technology until October 2018.

From October 2018 to May 2022, Jordan worked at Itential as an Infrastructure Administrator, responsible for managing the organization's infrastructure. They then moved to Mindful Health Solutions in May 2022, continuing their role as an Infrastructure Administrator.

Jordan also obtained certifications in CCNA Collaboration in October 2017, CCNA Wireless in April 2016, CCNA Routing and Switching in November 2014, and CCNA Voice in September 2015.
