Jamie Dobbs is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in management and technical support. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Reboot IT For All since March 2024, Jamie is responsible for shaping the organization's IT strategy and enhancing operational effectiveness. At TMT First Ltd, Jamie has held the position of Head of IT since June 2015, contributing to the alignment of IT systems with business goals and implementing information security measures. Previous roles include Desktop Support Team Leader at Assurant, where Jamie led a team supporting over 500 users, and Technical Support Team Leader at Brightstar Corp., overseeing a 24/7 support team. Jamie began the career in IT with a Senior IT Support role at TMT First Ltd, focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency. Education was obtained at Victoria Technology High School, completing studies in 2004.
