Laura-Jane Wootton Chartered MCIPD serves as the Head of Human Resources at TMT First Ltd since October 2022, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the HR function with a focus on fostering an inclusive culture that boosts employee engagement and organizational performance. Previously, Laura-Jane held the position of Human Resources Manager at Homes for Support Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for a residential care organization, and earlier served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Brightstar 20:20 UK Limited, supporting HR practices across various departments. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICS Learn, along with additional HR diplomas and a BA Hons. in Events Management from Staffordshire University. Laura-Jane is currently pursuing a Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring through the Chartered Management Institute.
