Maria Garrett has a robust background in human resources and operations, boasting over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager for HR Operations and Global Payroll at TMX Group since March 2002, Maria has held various roles in the company, including Senior Manager of HR Operations and Compliance, HR Manager of Shared Services, and Pension & Benefits Specialist. Prior to TMX Group, Maria worked at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Assistant and at Merrill Lynch as a Licensed Financial Advisor Assistant. Maria began her career at Burns Fry Ltd as a Bond Traders’ Sales Assistant. Maria holds a certificate in Business from Seneca Polytechnic and graduated from Eastern High School of Commerce.
