Melissa Franco

Melissa Franco is an experienced administrative and managerial professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at TMX Group since January 2023, Melissa previously held the position of Shop Manager at SmileDirectClub for four years. Furthermore, Melissa was the Owner of i(M)perfect Beauty for nearly five years and gained expertise as a Color Artist at SEPHORA from October 2016 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, Melissa was the Head Lifeguard at YMCA Canada for over eight years. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Independent Studies from the University of Waterloo and has furthered education at Fanshawe College in 2017.
