Chiehlin Ho

RF R&D Deputy Manager at TMY Technology

Chiehlin Ho has a diverse work experience in the field of RF (Radio Frequency) technology. They started their career as an Artillery soldier in the Republic of Army in 2005 and later worked as an RF Hardware Engineer at Universal Scientific Industrial Co. from 2007 to 2009. After that, they served as a Research Assistant at National Chung Cheng University, where they gained experience in RF circuit design and antenna measurement.

In 2012, Chiehlin worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Florida, focusing on the development of a CMOS Vital Sign Detection Integrated Circuit. They then joined SAILS Technology as a Firmware and Hardware Engineer, where they were responsible for the development and research of Bluetooth 4.0 products, including iBeacon market research and the development of a BLE Power Strip and a Gateway for parking lots.

From 2014 to 2020, Chiehlin worked at Realtek Semiconductor Corp. as an RF System R&D Deputy Manager. In this role, they were involved in system design and analysis, including RF, power management, and mechanism planning. They also performed HDK layout design and verified its digital and RF performance.

Currently, Chiehlin is working at TMY Technology Inc. as an RF R&D Deputy Manager. They serve as a project leader and are responsible for gathering requirements, organizing project details, and performing circuit and layout design, antenna simulation, and digital SPI control planning. They have also achieved significant accomplishments in this role, such as the design and verification of a 28GHz 2x4 active antenna module.

Throughout their career, Chiehlin has demonstrated their expertise in RF technology and has successfully contributed to various projects in the field.

Chiehlin Ho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Feng Chia University from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Chiehlin Ho pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Chung Cheng University. In addition to the academic qualifications, Chiehlin Ho also obtained a TOEIC certification from ETS in April 2019, achieving a score of 855 (Listening: 440 / Reading: 415).
