Su-Wei Chang

Founder and CEO at TMY Technology

Su-Wei Chang has worked in a variety of roles in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Microwave Engineer at Academia Sinica, Taiwan. In 2008, they worked as a Visiting Microwave Engineer at Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Business Development/Technical Support Manager at Nicomatic. In 2012, they became a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2014, they founded and became the CEO of TMY Technology Inc., where they successfully built mmWave phased arrays for 5G and satellite markets with advanced Antenna-in-Package (AiP) technology and contributed to the O-RAN alliance.

Su-Wei Chang attended Feng Chia University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Su-Wei then attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2012 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
