J.R. Hertwig, MBA, currently serves as a Loan Officer & Small Business Specialist at TNBANK, where a focus on small business advocacy enables support for local businesses in various lending and financial services. As the Chapter Success Director for BNI, guidance and support are provided to enhance chapter performance. Previous roles include Workplace Consultant at Office Furniture Works, Vice President & Marketing Consultant at TradeMark Advertising, and Board Member at The Stewards Gathering.
