Data Management and Systems Team

The Data Management and Systems Team at tnAchieves is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data systems that support the organization’s mission of increasing higher education access for Tennessee high school students. They manage data integration, ensure data quality, and provide analytical insights to inform decision-making and enhance partnerships with educational institutions. Through their efforts, the team enables improved tracking of scholarship distribution and mentorship effectiveness, ultimately striving to maximize student success in the TN Promise Scholarship program.
