Matthew Otero

Matthew Otero serves as the Vice President of Technology Innovation at tnAchieves, where responsibilities include data restructuring and system administration utilizing Salesforce. Prior experience includes a role as a College Access Coach at College Forward, providing mentorship and college preparation for first-generation students while contributing to program evaluations and newsletters. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a Subs, Slices, and Salads Expert at Dion's, where training and customer service were key duties, and as a long-term substitute teacher for Albuquerque Public Schools, focusing on individualized education plans for special education students. Matthew holds dual degrees in Biology and Psychology from The University of New Mexico.
