Andjelija Stefanovic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andjelija started their career in 1998 as a Customer Service Specialist at Haviland Silver Co in the UK. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Communications Specialist and Interpreter at an NGO dedicated to supporting women and children victims of violence, where they actively promoted human rights and organized workshops and seminars. Starting in 2000, they also worked at the British Council, initially as a Projects Management Assistant, where they organized various projects related to education, culture, and human rights. Later, from 2003 to 2013, they worked there as a Customer Relations Specialist and was responsible for communication with local educational organizations, promoting UK culture and education, and organizing events and conferences. In 2016, Andjelija joined International Medical Corps as a Logistics and Procurement Officer, where they worked until August of the same year. Since then, they have been working at TNation, initially as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they managed a team of 20 skilled quality assurance engineers and handled various tasks and issues. In November 2020, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager at the same company.
Andjelija Stefanovic earned their Master's degree in International Relationships from the Faculty of Political Sciences Belgrade, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
