Kimberly Pacelli

Kimberly Pacelli is currently a partner at TNG. Kimberly was previously an attorney and higher education consultant at Drummond Woodsum from June 2017 to December 2018. Her focus is on training and professional development, policy development and revisions, external program review, compliance audits, investigations, and general legal counsel.

Pacelli has a wealth of experience in the field of higher education. Kimberly has worked as a senior student affairs dean, leading teams to provide coordinated and integrated student services. This experience has given their insight into the challenges that campuses face on a day-to-day basis.

Pacelli and their team of colleagues closely track legal and policy changes in the higher education landscape so that their clients can stay up-to-date with the latest developments. They also have experience representing institutions in federal and state court and administrative law proceedings.

In addition to their legal work, Pacelli is also experienced in program design evaluations. Kimberly has assisted institutions that are considering reorganizing campus services or scaling up to add an on-campus residential component, addition of an online learning program, or expansion to new campuses in the U.S. or abroad.

Pacelli is also well-equipped to handle interim campus-based assignments, such as Title IX Coordinator, dean, director, or project manager.

Kimberly Pacelli has a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, an M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BA in Government from Bowdoin College.

Kimberly Pacelli reports to Martha E.M. Kopacz, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Alisha Carter Harris - Consultant, Brian Heider - VP, Investigations, and Tanyka M. Barber - Partner, TNG.
