Mandy Hambleton

Mandy Hambleton is the Director of Content Development at TNG. Mandy has over ten years of experience in higher education, student conduct, and academic integrity.

Mandy started their career as a Student Integrity Coordinator at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In this role, they were responsible for resolving allegations of student misconduct, largely focused on academic integrity in online coursework.

Mandy then became a Student Conduct Specialist at Appalachian State University. In this role, they served as a short-term consultant focusing on special projects, including training development, policy review, correspondence revision, legal compliance, and other department priorities and emergent needs.

Most recently, Mandy was a Project Manager and Writer at the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA). In this role, they developed concise audience-appropriate instructional content and supplementary applied learning and assessment materials; edited multiple-source documents for cohesion, including consistent voice and style; and researched legal requirements and effective practices to create guides, tools, templates, and other resources to assist members with Title IX compliance.

Mandy Hambleton has a Master of Science in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Professional Communication from Winthrop University. Mandy also has certification from Wichita State University in Mental Health First Aid, the National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA) in NABITA Member and Case Management Standards and Best Practices, the National Behavioral Intervention Team Association (NaBITA) in Best Practices Certification, the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) in Civil Rights Investigator Levels I-IV Certification, Gallup in Strengths Educator, the University of Florida in Supervisory Challenge Certificate, and the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) in Title IX Coordinator Certification Levels I-V.

They work with Kate Halligan - VP, Business Development, Chrystin Mchugh - Director of Strategic Marketing, and Julianna Teoh - Marketing Communications Coordinator. Mandy Hambleton reports to Cathleen Parsons - Nikolić, EVP, Marketing and Business Development.
