Michelle Larkin

Michelle Larkin is a Senior Training Operations Specialist at TNG. Michelle has over ten years of experience in customer service and business operations. Michelle has a strong knowledge of company products and services and has been tasked with providing best in class client service. Michelle is also responsible for writing and editing operational documents that communicate changes in service delivery and standing operating practices.

Michelle Larkin received their Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University. Michelle is currently pursuing a career in education, working as a teacher's aide in a local elementary school.

They are on a team with Allison Campbell - Training Operations Specialist, Tobi Jones - eLearning Instructional Designer. Their manager is Megan Birster, Executive Director, Training Operations.
