Megumi Noteboom

Megumi T. is an experienced professional in employer engagement and mentoring, currently working as an Employer Engagement and Mentoring Coach at TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization since November 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating occupational-specific mentoring for newcomers and recruiting employers for mentorship opportunities. Previously, Megumi served as a Research Assistant at COSTI, conducting literature reviews on outreach practices for vulnerable populations and creating reports on findings. Additional experience includes summer internship roles at Ryerson Leadership Lab, a decade-long tenure at Southpaw Technology Inc. in various administrative and design roles, and freelance web and graphic design work. Megumi holds a Master of Arts in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Global Studies from Ryerson University.
