Aditya Ganesh

Aditya Ganesh is a Scientist Innovator at TNO, where employment commenced in September 2023. Prior to this role, Aditya served as a Manager in Business Governance, Strategy, and Operations at Tech Mahindra from April 2018 to July 2021, focusing on creating proposals for Network Managed Services for global telecommunications clients, automating business processes, and designing AI/ML-powered OSS service assurance solutions. Aditya's earlier experience at Tech Mahindra also includes a role as a Business Manager where responsibilities involved managing jGTM opportunities in IoT and developing customized solutions in collaboration with partner platforms. Initial experience includes working as a Graduate Software Engineer at Aptiv, specializing in Bluetooth application development. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Systems Complexity from the University of Groningen and an MBA in Operations and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
