Cadi Freijser

Cadi Freijser currently serves as an HR Business Partner at TNO since July 2025, following a significant tenure at EY where roles included HR Manager and Senior HR Consultant from September 2018 to July 2025, focusing on talent management, performance reviews, recruitment, and coaching. Prior experience at EY also included managing HR transformation projects and leading campus recruitment teams. Cadi's early career involved a position as a Programme Officer at the Ministry of Security and Justice, and internships that provided foundational experience in recruitment and research. Cadi holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
