Frank Phillipson

Frank Phillipson is a Professor in Computational Operations Research with a focus on Quantum Enhanced Decision Intelligence at Maastricht University since June 2021. As a Senior Consultant and Scientist at TNO since January 2003, Frank specializes in Optimization and Quantum Algorithms, while also serving as Member and Secretary of the Board of Trustees for pension fund TNO, overseeing investment policy and ethical investing. Frank is the owner of Phillipson belastingadvies & financiële planning, offering tax counselling and financial planning services since January 2002. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and a Professional Doctorate in Engineering in Mathematical Design Engineering. Prior roles include Visiting PhD Student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Scientific Consultant at KPN Royal Dutch Telecom.
