Jan Souman

Jan Souman is currently a Senior Scientist specializing in Human Factors at TNO Mobility, focusing on driver state monitoring, motion sickness, perception, and cognition. With a strong background in research, Jan previously held senior positions at esteemed organizations such as the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics and Mercedes-Benz Technology, contributing to advancements in visual perception, human-machine interaction, and psychophysiology. Jan earned a PhD in Psychology from Utrecht University, and has a wide array of expertise in data analysis, programming, and experimental design across various fields related to human factors and technology.
