Jasper Heeren Msc

Jasper Heeren PhD MSc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business innovation and project management, currently serving as a Business & Innovation Consultant and Senior Project Manager in Personal Protection & Survivability at TNO since May 2019. Prior to joining TNO, Jasper held various positions at the Ministerie van Defensie from January 2009 to May 2019, including Staff Officer for Concept Development & Experimentation and Commandant roles within logistics and transportation units. Academic credentials include a PhD in Management Innovation from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, a Master of Science in Implementation and Change Management from Open Universiteit, and a Bachelor's degree in Militaire Bedrijfswetenschappen from the Royal Military Academy, complemented by training as an Innovation Coach at THNK School for Creative Leadership.
