Karina Nieland

Karina Nieland is an experienced professional with a strong background in coaching, workforce development, and human behavior. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Workforce Development and Manager of Human Behaviour and Training at TNO since December 2021, Karina also runs Karina Nieland Coaching & Consultancy, focusing on helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals. Prior experience includes leading a team at the Ministry of Defence responsible for psychological selection, providing coaching and mobility advice at Nieuwkans and Human Capital Group, and overseeing the Corporate Management Traineeship at Rabobank. Karina holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and has undertaken various professional development courses.
