Maaike van Leuken is a Medior Scientist in Cryptography at TNO since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading the vision and strategy for Quantum Safe Technologies and conducting research in hardware security, post-quantum cryptography, and self-sovereign identities. Additionally, Maaike coordinates internships within the ACQuA department. As of September 2023, Maaike holds the position of Chair for the OWF SIG Digital Wallets and Agents at the Open Wallet Foundation until May 2024. Previous roles include student assistant at Radboud University Nijmegen, private tutor for Java and Python, and providing tutoring in chemistry, physics, and mathematics. Maaike has completed a Master's degree in Cyber Security and a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science & Cyber Security from Radboud University, along with a Gymnasium diploma from Maurick College.
