Margot la Fleur-Pan has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as Teamleader Facilitaire Services at TNO since January 2023. Previously, Margot worked at UMC Utrecht as an Adviseur facilitair management and at Altrecht as Klantmanager Vastgoed en Facilitair, focusing on translating challenges within healthcare into housing and services. Margot's background includes significant roles at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where responsibilities spanned developing facility vision and management concepts, project management, and professionalizing service delivery. Margot's career also includes project management experience with Randstad and international volunteer work in Zambia. Margot holds a degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a post-HBO certification in Facility Management from International Facility Management Expert Centre.
