Pauline Zuidema

Pauline Zuidema is a Scientist Innovator at TNO since September 2021, with previous roles including Bemiddelaar at SLIM Personeelsbemiddeling and Assessor at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from October 2020 to August 2021. In addition, Pauline served as a Docent at SPO Hogeschool voor Pedagogisch Onderwijs, teaching reference practicum and qualitative methods in social sciences from September 2020 to April 2021. Experience as a Student-assistant was gained at Universiteit Utrecht, contributing to research on divergent thinking in preschoolers, and at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, focusing on teacher-student interactions. An internship at Onderwijsraad involved literature research on gender differences in education. Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Groningen and has completed further education at Utrecht University.
