Rob Kotte is currently a Senior Business Developer focused on the sustainability of the built environment at TNO since August 2022. Previously, Kotte held multiple roles at NEN from December 2016 to August 2022, including Program Manager for the Energy Performance of Buildings, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the NTA 8800 system, and leading initiatives in building maintenance and management. Kotte's earlier experience as an architect spans several firms, including Juli ontwerp en advies B.V. and N2 Architekten, and includes involvement in international projects such as the Advisory Committee for IBR Argentina in 2009. Kotte's educational background includes a degree in architecture with a focus on urban renewal from Delft University of Technology and studies at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
