Roos Delahaij

Roos Delahaij is an experienced professional with a strong background in research and project management. At Tilburg University and TNO Defence, Security and Safety, Roos worked as a PhD student from May 2005 to June 2009, focusing on performance under acute stress. Additional PhD research was conducted at the Netherlands Defence Academy during the same period. Prior to these roles, Roos served as a co-trainer for anti-failure-anxiety training at Hogeschool in Holland and worked in hospitality at Concertgebouw from 2000 to 2005. Since August 2009, Roos has been with TNO as a Program Manager and Research Scientist, responsible for managing projects, supervising field research, and guiding PhD students.
