Suzanne Spaan

Suzanne Spaan is a research scientist at TNO since November 2007, specializing in occupational hygiene. Prior experience includes a role as a junior investigator at the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences, where coordination of fieldwork on dust and enzyme exposure was conducted. Additional experience at TNO Quality of Life involved research and occupational hygiene tasks. At the Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences, Spaan performed multiple exposure and health studies related to agricultural industries, sewage treatment workers, and swimming pool workers, engaging in all aspects of project management. Spaan holds a PhD in Occupational Hygiene from Utrecht University and an MSc in Health Sciences from Maastricht University.
