Victor Rosca is a seasoned scientist and project leader specializing in solar energy and fuel cell technologies, currently serving at TNO since April 2018. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands, where Victor focused on encapsulation and interconnection of MWT cells for PV modules, as well as diagnostics and design of PEM fuel cells. Academic experience spans research positions at Leiden University and Eindhoven University of Technology, with a PhD in heterogeneous electro-catalysis from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Specialist Degree in Chemistry & Chemical technology from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
