Our team at TNT are a group of professionals specializing in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  We are the exclusive North American provider of 120+ testing tools measuring implicit bias in behaviour of individuals.  In addition to measuring unconscious bias we work with organizations to mitigate behaviours as well as attitudes.  At a corporate level we provide services to audit diversity policy , recruitment screening, and developmental training. We are also in a position to assist proactive organizations by supplying high level employees in Diversity specialist positions. Additionally we are a premier training company for Special Constables in Ontario and are recognized for our  specialized training programs.
