Amanda Sullivan

Amanda Sullivan is a Senior Manager at TNTP, where responsibilities include creating content and co-leading professional development series focused on literacy instructional strategies and supporting instructional leadership across Louisiana and Texas. Previously, as the Director of Student Support Services at FirstLine Schools, Amanda oversaw a comprehensive range of services for five charter schools, developed behavior intervention processes that significantly reduced suspensions, and led professional development initiatives for various support staff. With experience in multiple educational roles, including special education teacher and student equity partner at Denver Public Schools, Amanda has consistently championed systems that enhance student support and compliance with special education protocols. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development with a specialization in Special Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhodes College.
