Arielle Phillips

Arielle Phillips, MA, currently serves as the National Director of Academics at TNTP and holds the position of K-12 Literacy Facilitator at UnboundEd.org, along with working as an Education Consultant for Rigor ReImaginED, LLC. Previously, Arielle served in various roles at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, including Secondary Literacy and Professional Development Specialist, Assistant Principal, and Dean of Students. Arielle's early career includes teaching high school English and serving as a curriculum writer for Cabarrus County Schools. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a School Administration License from Queens University of Charlotte, alongside a BA in English from Sam Houston State University.
